    Burrito is a dish typical of Mexican cuisine (especially in the northern part of the country) and its modernized version in the USA, called Tex-Mex. It is made up of a tortilla, on which the filling is placed and it raises to the form of a cylinder whose ends (unlike the ordinary tortilla wrap) are laid in order to keep the heat inside and the pieces of the filling do not look like. Finished burrito is usually baked or fried (this is called chemichanga).
